3 Simple Steps To Confidence

 Here are  3 Simple Steps you can take TODAY, to kick-start your Confidence.

 

STEP ONE … TAKE CONTROL.

You are in charge of you. You choose. You decide.  You are the driver in your life, not the passenger.

TODAY– make a list of all the changes you’d like to make. Everything counts -whatever matters to you, matters.

To get you started

  • I want to change what I wear
  • I want to change my attitude to my job
  • I want to be a better cook
  • I want to change my relationship with…

 

STEP TWO… BE HONEST

TODAY- Look honestly at your list. Read it through, two or three times.

Now… cross off items until you are left with the one change you really, really want to make, above all the others.  Choose the one that would make the most difference to you when you’ve made it.

 

STEP THREE…GO FOR IT!

TODAY– Take a fresh sheet of paper and spend time ‘brainstorming’ this priority change. Write down every single action/phone call/e:mail/source of help you can think of. Fill the page with possibilities.

Don’t hold back…
